How to use

1.Locating

First ,confirm your tile you sure to cut,then mark sorf pencil and adjust the guide ruler as your plan,put the tile ruler and the head of machine.The marked pencil line should be straightly under the scoring wheel.

2.Scoring

One hand hold the tile firmly and the other hand to lift the handle and slide to your body make sure the scoring wheel on the marked,Line then push the handle with a certain press to make sure scoring a clear symmetrical line on the tile.if the press is too heavy.it may reduce the work life of scoring wheel.But if the line is not clear.It may cant cut tidity

3.Breaking

Lift the handle and make sure the breaking part is the tile,increase the press strenght to the handle until tile is broken into two parts in order to protect the machine and the tile,don't push too hard

 

USING NOTE;

A) Please use machine on the flat surface in case that the base warped.

B) If the particle of the goes into the side assemble it may can t slide smoothly

C) The machine is adjusted, if you don' know how to adjust,don:t disassemblo except the breaking parts, the scoring wheel and the guide ruler.

D) Don"t try to cut size which is beyond the max cutting of machine

 

GENERAL MAINTENANCE

1) Clear The Tile Cutter After Using By Removing Tile Debris Especially On The Slindg Bars And Siding Assembly

2) Lubricate The Sliding Assembly and The Scoring Wheel Periodicaily

3) Store In Box When Not Use Allways Store in The Dry Place

4) If Any Parts Are Broken Or Missing,Please go to The Distributor For The New Parts.
